Yesterday, Friday the 18th a civil lawsuit was prepared for our family's accident.
My sister called and told us it would be on the news, and it was in the paper. I watched the clip online, and it was weird seeing pictures of my parents and Ivan up- and hearing again- how the conditions of the roads could have been fixed- and maybe none of this would have happened.
I had a hard time sleeping last night thinking about everything. Who knows when the actual trial will start, but it will. No need to get anxious about it though, right? A little easier said than done! But it is a long ways off probably.
